City Administrator

The City Administrator is appointed by the City Council and is responsible for the implementation of policies and decisions made by the mayor and council.

Functions

The City Administrator:

  • Prepares and submits an annual budget and a 5-year Capital Improvement Program to the council for consideration

  • Serves as the Mayor's chief advisor

  • Is responsible for the administration of all city processes.

The administrator makes recommendations to the City Council regarding:

  • Capital Improvements

  • Municipal Financing

  • Planning and Growth

  • Economic Development

  • Services and Programming

Staff

The City Administrator's office staff includes an Executive Administrative Assistant.
